All About Azura
Azura -- a ship offering a contemporary and indulgent ambience -- will reflect everything that is great about British cruising, in true P&O Cruises style. Cruising is an experience that has changed radically over the years, but a number of well-loved traditions still remain, such as silver-service dining, afternoon tea, deck games, dancing and elegant formal evenings. Azura is a celebration of these classic cruising traditions in a very modern home with new features such as an Indian-fusion restaurant, Sindhu, and a relaxing adults-only haven, The Retreat. Other highlights include single cabins, a wine bar created by TV personality Olly Smith and an open-air movie screen.

Something for everyone: Azura is one of the largest ships in the P&O Cruises fleet offering an incredible choice of bars, restaurants, sports and spa facilities, entertainment and other unique and exciting features. Whether you are travelling alone or as part of a large family group, there is something for everyone on board.

Fine Wines & Fine Dining: Behind every one of Azura's restaurants and bars you’ll find passion, flair and expertise. Michelin-starred chef Atul Kochhar’s fine dining venue Sindhu, will serve dishes blending India’s homeland spices with familiar British tastes and textures. Whilst The Glass House will be a wine connoisseurs dream – a place for sipping vintages selected by expert Olly Smith – as you dine on succulent seafood and grill menus. Azura's three main restaurants will offer 5 course silver service dining and Seventeen will be a venue where a sense of occassion is always on the menu.

Wellbeing: Azura is a ship designed to offer you the ultimate in relaxation and pampering. The Oasis Spa & Health Club will leave you relaxed and renewed as expert beauty therapists scrub, massage and polish you back to perfection. And The Retreat - her exclusive outdoor spa terrace, will be the place to experience this at its best. Alfresco massages and wonderful views are just two of the delights you can savour.

That's Entertainment: At the heart of Azura is her atrium, a very social venue located over three magnificent decks, with a cafe, art gallery, bookshop, library and shopping. In the evenings you are invited to take your partner and dance the night away on a beautifully polished dance floor. The music and dance theme continues in The Playhouse theatre with West End style shows, and in Manhattan, Azura's New York inspired show lounge. SeaScreen is an open air cinema on Lido Deck screening comedy classics, British film favourites and Hollywood blockbusters and Planet Bar is the place to marvel natural and man made marvels on a giant video wall with panoramic views behind you.

Children's Club: Children will be in their element on board Azura. From Noddy, to game consoles and adult-free hang out zones, every day can be action packed. At GAME ON families can spend time together battling each other on the game consoles and enjoying all the latest technology and large plasma television screens. While over at THE SEA BED toddlers will be able to roam free in this colourful soft play area under the watchful eyes of Mum or Dad. At night, this area will transform into a cosy Night Nursery. Some other kid friendly areas include:

THE BEACH HUT: Designed with 2 to 4 year olds in mind, there’ll be a soft play area, books, and games, while in the enclosed outdoor area, children will have access to climbing frames, tricycles, and rockers.

FRONTIERS: Throughout the day, 5 to 8 year olds will be entertained with non-stop games, quizzes, arts and crafts and Playstations, while story time and evening films will slow things down before lights out.

THE HUB: Finding their feet in The Hub, 9 to12 year olds will have a jukebox, Playstations, computers and family films at their disposal. Our Reef Rangers will also organise karaoke, pool games, quizzes and game shows.

APARTMENT 16: One of the funkiest places to hang out for 13 to 17 year olds, Apartment 16 will be brimming with cool gadgets. And with an endless list of organised sports, games and quizzes and crafts, they’ll never be short of things to do.
