The cabins and cabin service was excellent except that my veranda had no lounge chair, two dirty patio chairs and was showered daily by coal soot from the chimney. The Food in formal restaurant was pretty mediocre, overcooked fish, undercooked pasta, blend chewy poultry, tastless tomatoes (For June in Italy) and horrible lettuce, although they tried for grandiose 6 course dinners. Wines are expensive. The informal restaurant was like a school cafeteria at best , all plastic plates, glasses, cups. Food very poor, choices very very repetitive. Menus rather unhealthy, big lines. Breakfast was the worst. Never went hungry but never enjoyed the food either.

The shows were of low quality, one was just a video where there were less than 20 people in attendance, that says it all on a ship with thousands to entertain.

The pools are totally overcrowded and taken over by children, they get murky quickly and they are so small that 3 strokes and you are at the other end.

Cabin Review

Cabin B5

6487, aft cabin, very functional bathroom with nice shower, good bedding, safe, minibar, good closets. Small TV from the last century. Balcony always dirty, patio furniture uncomfortable.

Sheltered from wind, but some vibration from the engines (I did not mind).

hated the colored cushion that don't get washed between guests and smelled, and the artificial flowers.
