This was our first at cruising and we honestly did not expect much, but to our joyous surprise, this ship, its crew, and the service was outstanding, to say the least. Because of Celebrity, we are anxiously anticipating our next cruising opportunity.

First off, the welcome and baggage handling was very courteous and informational. Entering the ship we were greeted by a cleanliness routine for the hands (highly welcome and an excellent idea), a fresh cocktail, and more friendly greetings. This was the pattern for the entire cruise - friendliness at every turn, constant service and help, cleanliness and excellent facilities. We just booked the cheapest inside cabin, but that by no means meant reduced service - the stateroom and accommodations were excellent and comfortable and our steward was always available to help, whether it be directions or something we needed. We were concerned that there would be no place to get away from people on the ship - totally not true. The ship is laid out with lots and lots of outdoor spaces with chairs and clean towels at every turn. There are several outstanding lounges offering all varieties of drinks, from great coffees to the best of world beers. These cost extra of course, but were very well worth the price and competitive (or less) than what one would find off ship. Food choices were abundant, varied, and excellent, not matter if a hamburger or lamb chop. Above all, the service of the hard-working staff was just phenomenal - these folks, of many nationalities, are super hard working and always pleasant. My only regret is that I did not find the opportunity to add to my pre-paid gratuities, because these employees deserve every cent they make. Great, great cruise of the Virgin Islands - the most enjoyable of which was the time on ship - just because they make it so pleasant.

Cabin Review

Very comfortable and amazingly organized with lots of spaces for clothes and accessories. Nice TV (although little used), and abundance of outlets to recharge phones, etc. Nice bathroom. Super clean and kept that way by frequent steward attendance.
