This was our first time on the Eclipse. Embarkation in Fort Lauderdale was quick, but cabins weren't available for about an hour, so we had a drink by the pool.

We had a balcony cabin overlooking the rear of the ship on deck 8. The cabin was clean and the bathroom was bigger than any other ships we had been on. The wardrobe was small and there weren't enough hangers.

The ship was immaculate and public toilets looked very luxurious with glass sinks and proper hand towels. The food was good but there could have been a little more variety of desserts in the main restaurant. The buffet restaurant was well laid out with various food counters, so there was less queuing.

Cabin Review

Excellent cabin. You could hear the noise of the engines but it didn't bother us. We had a slightly bigger balcony. Could do with a little more storage space & coat hangers.
