Our embarkation point was San Juan, we arrived the night before to ensure that we had plenty of time prior to embarkation. The embarkation process was easy, organized and hassle free. Our first impression of the ship was amazing. It was wonderful to be greeted by some of the crew as we stepped on to the ship. There were plenty of activities for travellers to participate in. They were well organized and like the rest of the ship ran like clock work. We had excellent service throughout the ship but especially in the Main Dining Room; our waiter and waitress were amazing. After the first night they knew what we liked and made sure that we had it. The Chef even prepared a couple of special meals for us.

There are a couple of minor complaints about our cabin: the bathroom needs to be updated, especially the shower it is looking extremely well used and dated. The other is the lack of space for luggage, we had to jam ours under the bed as they did not fit in the closet. There is lots of closet space and drawers for all of the clothing. Overall the cabin was quite comfortable and well appointed. As we spent very little time in there we found it adequate for sleeping, and dressing.

The lack of free wi-fi was really disappointing, especially as it was expensive to purchase. We don't understand why it's not offered for free with a time limit per session. We understand that they don't want people streaming large files, but with an expiry time limit or file limited file sizes per session or per day that would not be a problem. Most people want to check emails and do some quick searching which takes up very little band width.
