My wife and I have cruised all over the world with a number of companies, so when we choose to book with HAL we where quiet excited as we where told by a number of our friends that the company had a very high standard within the cruise industry. (I must say our friends had not travelled with HAL for a number of years.)

We travelled from the Central Coast by train on the day of embarkation (which was from White Bay.) We where told buses where available from Central to White Bay not so. After 45 minutes trying to find any buses travelling to WB we where informed that a bus service had been booked by HAL and the only way to get to WB was by taxi. This was annoining as it was a sunday and taxis where sparce. Once we arrived at WB the boarding process was very quick and professional our luggage was at the room before we where.

CABIN: Stateroom with large balcony at the rear of the ship was clean & comfortable thanks to our steward (the bed was very comfortable). Room (small for type suite, very tired needs refurbishing also TV too small for room. Read more
