After waiting two and a half hours in port to board ship was given a disabled cabin which we don't need it was two single beds put together at an angle where you couldn't use some of the furnishings in the cabin for the beds blocking them or the mirror had to climb over bed 1 to get into bed 2, cabin was very poorly lit because cabinets had been moved to put 2 single beds together just a disaster..You couldn't even move the cabin back to its original way because the bedding was joined.....Told by reception staff not to unpack they were going to put us in a double cabin as booked by day 4 we still weren't unpacked and still no resolve about cabin then it was SORRY we have no cabin for you!!!.Luggage arrived at cabin damaged which could have happened to anybody....After dinner in the evening the only other eating place was a small area that done pizza until midnight then until breakfast it was only tea/coffee....It was set dinning times the buffet dining only opened at set times...The ship was very over powered with Italians who tend to be very rude and loud this ship did not cater well for the British food was good lot of fish....Don't think it will be MSC again for me much happier with other company's and never had the need to comment before.
Inside double cabin and was allocated a disabled cabin with two single beds joined together randomly at an angle on an outside corridor wall.
