We just arrived home from our 7th Carnival Cruise. We are a family of 3, (our daughter is 8 years old) What a ride! The ship is beautiful and easy to navigate. This is our second time on the Breeze and we found new places we missed the last time around. We really liked the iterary for this cruise, here is a rundown on our adventure:
*Parking: We drove from Illinois to Miami and parked at the port. I think next time we will leave our car at the hotel as the fee for the parking garage was $160.00 and some hotels will let you leave your car for free.
*Cabin: At the last minute I received a call from Carnival to upgrade from a balcony to a suite, so I did. The suite was spacious, had a larger balcony, walkin closet and spacious bathroom with a tub and dual sinks. The best part was the closet so we werent running into each other while we were trying to get ready and out the door. Well worth the extra $$. We also got express embarkation with the suite! NICE.
