Our check in process was bumpy to say the least, 2 hours after checking in, we were finally able to complete check in. My 11 year old son has a different last name, and although I understand the security measures needed to prevent kidnapping, I think the staff could have been a lot nicer about the situation.

We were relieved when we finally got the opportunity to prove I'm his mother and have permission to travel with him, and were really excited to be pampered and have some fun. I say we were excited to be pampered because we upgraded to the crown loft suite and were promised a lot of suite priveleges.

I'll name them here -

Cabin Review

Crown loft suite, oceanside was fabulous. Just a bit marred by the overall substandard experience
