Despite the fact we both got colds and there was a mild Noro outbreak we had a wonderful time.Hand washing and common sense are a must on a contained area for long periods of time As to those afraid of Noro, it happens on land to...
The staff was extremely attentive and friendly, the shows were not tip top but we enjoyed them. The food was very good, our favorites were Leonardo's and the Crown grill. The cleanliness was excellent, and while the ship does show normal signs of war and tear due to it's age there was still that feeling of opulence. There were plenty of things to do, or not, during the many sea days we had and plenty of shore excursion choices.
Room was great, had everything you need. If you want lots of space get a mini suite. If you don't want to walk much go to the middle or rear of the ship. The last two days at sea we were going through moderate swell and it was the first time I noticed without looking out the windows that we were at sea. The ship had a gentle back and forth rocking, no more. If you want a room that has a great view, nice and quiet (more cabins above), away from any horizon court buffet smells than this is for you. There is a laundry on this floor as well.
