The Good first: Due to a norovirus incident, we didn't board until late. I'm glad the crew did a great job cleaning up BEFORE we boarded.
Cruise Director Rick was INCREDIBLE!
I have over 100 days on Holland America Line and I've never experienced a cruise director who was more visible, enthusiastic and knowledgable as Rick.
