I won't go into the details of the ship as others have done so, however I will tell you it's a beautiful ship, lots to do for families with kids. We were a group of 9 (7 adults 2 children ages 8 & 1) and we have cruised about 5 other times with other cruise lines and 2 with RC.

One thing we noticed on this cruise was the lack of customer service. The employees walk around with grumpy tired faces and don't even greet you when they walk pass by you. When you approach them with a question or ask them for something they seemed bothered and leaves you with a sour taste in your mouth. I did notice their employees work around the clock, I would see one employee at 7am and once again at midnight, which leads me to believe these employees are overworked, tired and therefore explains why they probably are not in a good mood and lack the energy to provide you with personalized service. RC needs to double their staff for the amount of guest on cruise ship. 700 employees is NOT enough for a 4000 passenger ship!!!!!!! Stop cutting corners and double your staff and improve your customer service. When guest plan their vacations they expect full top notch service all around to complete their vacation and make it a memorable one all around.

The food was O.K not great another area that needs improvement and you can tell this is another area where they have cut corners. MD food was far better than Windjammer Cafe. The food at the Cafe was horrible and their Coffee was Disgusting and therefore, found myself purchasing coffee from Starbucks everyday. Everyone you talked to on the ship complained about how horrible their coffee was and RC seemed to ignore this. Something it shouldn't be overlooked at when most people use coffee as their jumpstart for their early morning.

Cabin Review

Nice size stateroom with minimal noise and not too far from the elevator and stairs.
