This is our second cruise with Thomson having previously sailed on the "Dream" so we had a good idea of what to expect.
We were late arriving in the evening and missed evening meal in the main restaurants but embarkation and setting up credit went smoothly so we were able to relax and have a drink before finding the restaurant open on top deck for a nice snack/supper.
We have sailed in an outside cabin before but don't see much benefit in having the window so we chose inside (again). The cabin was a little on the small side but adequate and suitable for our means and kept spotlessly clean and tidy by the staff. The staff cleverly made towel decorations for the cabin each day and you had a chocolate waiting on your pillow. Television reception wasn't too bad but hardly had it on although I did watch a film (Saving Mr Banks) on one of the days I was keeping out of the sun - there are few places in which to escape the sun on deck and they soon get taken. My wife was glad she took her own hair dryer.
A little on the small side but adequate for our needs. Kept spotlessly clean and tidy by the staff.
