This will be a short review as we have gone into detail on other cruises with HAL.
We've had another lovely cruise with Holland America. Embarkation and disembarkation went smoothly and quickly.
When we came aboard and went to our stateroom, we were notified that we had been upgraded to the Rotterdam (deck 7), which was the Neptune Suite. We had originally booked the Signature Suite because of our anniversary, Our stateroom attendant, Guisti, was the most pleasant person, very helpful and always greeted you with a smile.
Cabin Review
Beautiful suite, very spacious. We were quite surprised that we were upgraded to this suite.
