We just came back from Honeymoon trip on MSC Sinfonia (7days tour Genova-Cannes-Ibiza-Menorca-Sardegna-Salerno).
It was a pleasant experience, but i've got both positive and corrective comments:
The staff was italian & oriental/asian. From the 5 restaurants (2 a'la'carte, 1 buffet, 2 fast food) i would give:
