My husband and I traveled with our 4 grandchildren ages 14, 10, 12 and 8. We had two cabins one insde for the kids and a balacony cabin for us, they were located on deck nine just about mid ship and right across from each other. My 8 year old grandson is mentally disabled and will not use the escalators at all, thank goodness for the elevators. However, he went thru security just great, we had actually practiced in the hotel room going back and forth thru the door explaining to him that is what the security would look like, we did this prior to flying and prior to boarding the ship and it worked.

Check in was quick, we headed up to have lunch and then off to our rooms. As we were gong down the hall we noticed some of our luggage had already arrived and it was only 2pm, that was awesome and in fact they went and found the rest of our bags for us so we could have them all right away. Got all unpacked and then the 3 girls and myself headed out to explore lthe ship. Papa and JJ stayed back to get some rest. Found the bar had two adult beverages made and 4 non alcholoic fancy drinks for the kids, they absolutely loved it. Back to our room to drink our beverages and stand on the balcony to watch us sail away. The kids never did use the adventure club so I cannot comment on that, they wanted to hang with Nana and Papa the whole time which was great. Our cabin attendant was awesome, cleaned the cabin twice daily and always had the towel animals when we got back to the cabin to turn in. Our wait staff at dinner was amazing. Ronald was so attentive to the kids, on the second night and each night thereafter there was always a bowl of fresh fruit for each of them on the table. My middle granddaughter tried escargot for the first time and ordered it just about every night after that. In fact they all tried things they have never eaten before and loved it. I can't say enough about the dining room staff, funny thing for our first night I had not paid attention to our sea pass cards and the fact that the kids were at one table and we were at a different table the kids noticed it as were were waiting for the dining room to open the matre'd had in fixed in no time. We had the 8 oclock seating which was actually nice gave us time to relax after being on shore all day, then get ready for dinner. We did the ice show, loved it and the Royal Caribbean dance show too and it was very good and enjoyable. Johnny Rockets was fun, not croweded when we went but of course that was about 3 in the afternoon. The arcade was okay, kids played for about 30 minutes then they were done, didn't understand the whole prize thing, but didn't matter to them anyway.

Three of us did the Dragon's Breath Flightline, that was awesome, we rented a cabin in the new section, it was nice, one big couch with curtains for shade, beware, these cabanas are on the sunny side of the island so not mich shade even with the top and curtains and they are expensive, but we found it worth it, just to have someplace not in the sand to put all of our stuff. You do have private wait staff for drinks and there is an ice chest with water bottles in it that they keep the ice fresh all the time. These cabanas are also the farthest away from the ship, so a bit of a walk when you have had a long day in the sun, you can take the trams, but faster to walk. On Jamaica we did some shopping and then headed over to Margaritaville, lots of fun, fast service good food and drinks. Watched the entertainment a guy was breathing fire, that was cool/ On Grand Cayman we did a private tour to Hell, Dolphinarias and did a tequila tasting, it was okay, then we headed to Margaritaville so the kids could go down the slide and play in the pool, we always get a booth by the pool, plenty of room, had some lunch then back to the ship. On Cozumel we did the Chankanaab Dolphin Push, pull, swim and Manatee interaction. Lots of fun and a great experience.
