This was our 5th cruise and I was very excited to cruise on HAL. Here are my thoughts on the things you probably care about:
1. Food: well below average, hots often served cold in main dining room. Lido buffet food was less inviting. Service was very spotty, Difficult to communicate needs with staff due to language barrier. Getting a cup of coffee required an act of congress on this ship.
2. Stateroom: Good size, a little worn around the edges. Comfortable bed. Larger than averge bathroom. Great shower.
