Overall we had a great cruise. The ship is beautiful. The service and entertainment were excellent. The food was great. Make sure you make reservations ahead of time or you'll be doing a lot of waiting...both for eating dinner and for the shows.

The royal babies and tots program is excellent. Our 2 year old loved the playroom and the toy lending program. He also enjoyed the carousel, face painting, and the balloon animals. They have a music show as well that is lots of fun. They also have a baby pool if your little one isn't toilet trained. We didn't leave him with the babysitting service, so I can't comment on that.

I only have two complaints. The biggest is about Royal Caribbean's "cruise care" insurance. We were originally supposed to cruise in February 2014, but were unable to make our flight due to a nasty winter storm. We thought, it will be okay, we bought the insurance. Come to find out, when you read the fine print it only covers 75% of what you paid in future cruise credits. Full coverage is only provided for 2 or 3 very specific circumstances (ie, death or illness in your immediate family). If you want real travel insurance use CSA, it's cheaper and actually covers your whole vacation even in the event of bad weather.
