We are experienced cruisers and recently cruised on this ship for the first time. We thought it was awesome!!! If you want a HUGE ship, then no, its not for you. If you prefer to be able to find everything easily and not have to walk a marathon to get everywhere then this boat IS for you. It was still big enough though that after a 5 night cruise we realized there were still plenty of places we hadn't seen yet! I've read some of the reviews here and feel the need to alert potential cruisers that read some of the negative reviews, that allthough some people may not realize this,......... a smile, a please and a thank you and yes I'm going to say it...........even a little additional tipping goes a long way!!! That old honey and vinegar saying applies here.

Also, we bought the liquor package, basically relaxed at the solarium for most of the days at sea and we didn't wait for a waitor or waitress to come by. That never even crossed our minds. My husband just walked the 10 feet to the bar and got the drinks for us. Lets just say we got our monies worth on that one! Also, im surprised about the complaining going on about the Windjammer food. We thought it was awesome with tons to choose from, and the service from Alex and his crew there, was second to none!!!!! In fact it was a life savor from the food we endured at the MDR the only night we ate there. That was horrible! No taste what so ever. I felt bad as the wait staff took our plates away still full of food. If only Alex could be cloned! (insert the emoji praying hands here). The cruise director Steve Davis and activites director Magic Mike were always on the go making sure everyone was having a great time. I've never seen cruise directors work as hard as they did. Lastly, the female Captain, Captain Liz knocked it out of the park! We've never sailed on smoother waters!!! Awesome time! Highly recommend it!!!!
