There is a very obvious cut back in staff generally, fewer waiters in the clubs and bars, less staff in the buffet restaraunts, even the Cabin Stewards now have extra rooms to service as their numbers have also been cut.Generally we did enjoy the cruise, but feel standards are slipping and corners being cut, they even have tours of the ship going on when trying to embark, its seems profit is being put before the customer, the staff seem a lot more surly and stressed, probably due to covering more work than they perhaps should be.
