Where do I begin. First, there were way to many people on board this ship, approximately 4000 people and therefore, no personal service, The ship nickel and dimes you so much by the time you disembark , you could of gone on a luxury liner for the same price. The lounge chairs at the pool are no better than the cheapest hotel. The food is good only when you eat in the Private restaurants .Do not think you will be able to sleep when you want due to so many clubs and outside music. Its defeating, no matter your age. As, stated the service is terrible. My blow dryer broke in the room so I called housekeeping for another, they said they didn't have one. I asked how they expected me to dry my hair and they just said nothing. I then called the Spa letting them know I would be coming up to dry my hair in the ladies locker room. The attendant said, NO. I asked for a supervisor who said no, after spending $11200.00 in treatments and products! I went to a neighboring room to dry my hair. They finally replaced after I caused a ruckus. Rude servers when you go to the buffet, which I ate at only twice. Horrible Ports which are nothing but dirty Islands, which environmentalist would have a hay day with. The ports condition is not the cruise line fault but they should reconsider. All in all, horrible. I will stick with the luxury liners that I have been on. Just hate I gave NCL a chance after 15 years. Still the same, just new ship.
