This was our 10th Carnival Cruise and our 17th overall. We loved the itinerary. We went to Aruba once before but Curacao and Grand Turk were new to us. We were not disappointed, All of the ports were wonderful and the sea days were very relaxing. This ship hardly moved at all, it was smooth sailing the entire 8 days.

Our room was on the 7th deck and we had a balcony. The room was comfortable and clean. Our room steward was wonderful and pleasant. However, we were disturbed at night by the workers in the service room across the hall. We selected a room with no one across from us expecting quiet but it was loud. Also, my pet peeve is the smokers. We purchased a balcony room so that we could sit out and read or relax. With smokers on both sides who were out there continuously lighting up, we could not enjoy the balcony. I wish cruise ships would section off a non smoking balcony area. The second hand smoke is so annoying and unhealthy.

The food on the ship was very good. Guy's Burgers were amazing....cooked to perfection with a crusty bottom. We ate so many burgers that we are swearing off beef for a while now that we are home. The pizza was very good also. Dinner was your normal fare but very tasty. We did not have one bad meal in the dining room. On sea days a brunch is offered in the dining room. It was a pleasant chance from the buffet food on the Lido deck.
