Have been on two cruises and the first was wonderful. This one on the Elation was terrible! The glass elevators were out of service the WHOLE cruise so the other elevators were completely overloaded and did not work half the time!! Workmen were constantly repairing things in the hallways...The food was lackluster, even in the dining room! The lido deck food was sparse to non existent with the narrowest dining times I've ever seen! The only good thing about this cruise was the staff, who did their best with a ill repaired ship and apparently very little resources!!! Will probably try a different cruise line next time, which is a shame because we were very impressed with our cruise on the fantasy last year.

Cozumel was nice but Progresso was just so-so. The shopping was nice on both places, but the other problems with the ship made these really not worth the effort that went into this cruise. Embarkation was not bad but debarkation was ridiculous lines, having you out of your room with your carry ins two hours before debarkation to clean rooms for the next cruisers who were embarking immediately??? Wth?

Cabin Review

Nice roomy cabin and clean.
