My wife and I celebrated our anniversary with a cruise to the Southern Caribbean, on The Jewel of the Seas. Almost the whole experience was great. From the port entrance to the exit everything was really smooth. Our suite steward, Shawn was great. He greeted us by name each time he saw us. Our room was always clean and stocked. Our dining room server, James, and his assistant were very good and entertaining. We never lacked for anything.

Our most fun on the ship was in the casino and we met the best casino host we have ever dealt with. Victoria greeted us as MGM M-card members and made sure we had a great time. She was a really sweet lady.

The only negative and not by a whole lot, was the Customer Service and Excursion desk attendants. They rarely smiled and were not too helpful. It seemed like it was a bother to take care of a concern from a guest. But other than that we had a wonderful time.
