This cruise and ship was excellent in almost all aspects. Exception is our stateroom (see below). From embarkation to disembarkation and everything in between was very good. Service was nice and prompt. With 3000 passengers on this ship it NEVER felt crowded anywhere on the ship at anytime.

Service was generally very good at all the bars and restaurants. The Martini Bar can sometimes get a bit slow with service when it gets crowded there, but generally good. Note: If your going to hang out at the Martini Bar on a regular basis a $20 tip at the beginning of the cruise (not the end) can go a LONG way here in waiting times for a drink.

Restaurants were all good with Murano being our favorite, but Tuscany Grille was also very good. Main dining room and Blu generally good also. As suite guests we were also allowed to use Blu restaurant anytime we wanted - not just for Aqua Class.

Cabin Review

Our stateroom on deck 12 was AWFUL. Specifically we were in 2136, but all the cabins in that location are affected by OceanView Café service area directly above. Being below OceanView Café is fine, but "aft" is the service area where they are rolling carts around 24 hours a day. Literally it sounds like you are under a bowling alley ALL DAY and NIGHT, yes, even at 3am. It's terrible and all the rooms in that area are the same. It's a real shame Celebrity does not disclose this as they do "Obstructed View" rooms. Everyone on the ship knows of this problem from our Butler to the Guest Relations. The problem with these rooms should be DISCLOSED by Celebrity. We paid over $5000. for our SkySuite. Celebrity did try to correct the problem by letting us sleep in a different cabin on deck 6, BUT seriously it was horrible going up and down to the Suite and regular room to sleep. They also offered us a discount on a future cruise, BUT if you know about the problem then why not let people know up front.
