I agree with most of the earlier review of the Fire and Ice cruise but I think that although the current young show team did not have as many strong male singers as last year they more than made up with it with their energy and brilliant dance routines. We did suffer due to the weather but it gave me the chance to write a light hearted review of the cruise in verse. See below.

We booked on Thomson Spirit to to see 'the fire and ice'

Small ships are so friendly and Thomson's staff are nice

Cabin Review

Cabin Deluxe twin

Our cabin was comfy and spacious on the promenade deck . We had two windows providing good views and for all we were between the Laundry and the entry to the mezzanine level of the Broadway lounge we were not disturbed by noise unless any late night revellers passed by. The cabin did vibrate disturbingly during the rough weather and loosened a light fitting over my friends bed. This was repaired promptly. Thanks for the addition of a kettle and hostess tray, we did not have these last year on the spirit
