Arrived at ship verynice welcome, but it took us 2 hrs of queing to reach our cabin, a grand suite i booked.well it was anything but grand ,two natty sofas which i would have thrown out,our luxury bed which after 5 hrs was so hard it gave me backache,i slept 2 nights on the aweful sofas, and the crowning moment you could hear everyword being spoken by the occupants of the next cabin i was in 1103 i knewwhat tv channels and everything a real damp sqid on romance.the food was really aweful,i ate mostly in the waiter restaurant as the food was much better.Kids playing on the lifts all day it would take me at least 10 mins on lifts to get to my cabin, the cocktails were just thrown together and tasted too much of alcholl, staff need training to produce cocktails.Every evening we were subjected to the captains memoirs all tvs were switched off so you could hear just him. Finally day of departure no nice send off just theres your luggage and theres your coach get going.i had booked a 14day cruise next year but i have cancelled it and lost £440 depositnever ever again will i use Thomson
