First, any complaints we had were handled (sometimes eventually). When we arrived at the cruise port it was 2:30, we finally got on the boat at 4:00. There was a huge line of guests waiting to check in. An NCL Official showed me there was a special line for Latitude members and directed my party to that line. When in the terminal there appears to be approximately 14 stations for check in. The Latitude members line appears to be handled by stations 1-5. This day there were no agents until stations 7-14. Unfortunately the Latitude members got the short end of the stick this day. After it was apparent the non-latitude members line was moving much quicker, I asked an NCL Official directing the lines, I thought the Latitude's line was supposed to be preferred. The Official said, "At this point, they're all Latitudes lines". I think here name was Gwen. Beware of which station numbers are active when checking in, so it might help you decide which line to get in if your a Latitudes member.

Once on board, we found that 2 of our 3 porthole cabins (8019 and 8018) A/C was not working fully. After 3 trips to Guest Services, the A/C was fixed 2 hours later. I'm not sure what our room stewards name was, in the evening because she never introduced herself. I got the feeling from here she wasn't very out going. Of the 4 nights, we had towel animals on the bed twice.

The bartenders we dealt with on the pool deck, were not very inviting to making you happy. They seemed annoyed to be there from the very first day, and by the last night, it was very apparent. On the last evening, my girlfriend went to the Capt. Cooks bar to get a vodka with a SPLASH of cranberry. The bartender there responded to her order stating "You don't get a splash". He then poured a vodka with a full amount of cranberry. After that incident, I requested to speak with his supervisor. A supervisor was promptly called. She spoke with me privately, apologized, and assured me she would address this issue with him. She then personally remade my girlfriend's drink. We received several plates of chocolate covered strawberries at our cabins, as an apology for the A/C problems. I understand the cruise ship was full, and issues do arise, but we paid almost $600.00 extra for 2 ultimate beverage packages, I would expect more courtier bartenders.
