After reading all the bad reviews I was dreading going on the MSC Sinfonia and I was actually pleasantly surprised! It was me and my friends first time cruising and we genuinely had a fantastic time! I wasn't sure if it was because I'd never been on a cruise before but I spoke to other passengers and they all agreed they had a great time. Despite what you may have read we found the food to be really nice the pizza was addictive! Also I spoke to one of the managers onboard and he said that English is something they are improving. I didn't find many staff who didn't speak some basic level which was fine.
The only thing I would have issue with is the fact that they come on too strong with the selling I found the photographers particularly annoying! Also we tried the spa and the spa manager was quite rude to us, which isn't great when you're on holidays! Apart from that it was brilliant. There was a great mix of ages with lots of people in their late 20's early 30's and the nightclub onboard was amazing! I have really good memories from the cruise and I have to say my friend and I agreed it was great value for money in comparison to the others we checked out previously. Just make sure you buy a drinks package as then you won't have to worry about the rest! It was really lively with deadly pool parties during the day great for the younger cruiser!
I was expecting it to be tiny but it was fine for two of us! A family might be a bit of a squeeze but still you don't spend much time in your room anyway!
