The embarkation at Civitavecchia was a shambles, none of the computers at check in were working when we arrived and after almost an hour one or two came on line. There were no announcements as to what was the problem, nor any indication as to how long we would be standing in line to embark. we were near the front of the queue but were standing for over an hour. No word of apology was offered by anyone at the time or when a complaint was sent to Regent, no explanation was given.

The staff are superb and the food, apart from the buffet at lunch, is very good. Prime 7 can be a little hit or miss.

AT Venice, the festival that has been held for over 200 years seemed to take Regent by surprise and we moved berths to an industrial area where it was impossible to leave the ship. This was most disappointing. In taking up both issues with Regent in Florida we were told " sorry " not our problem !
