After arriving at the port from our hotel by coach we were not met by Thomson staff and cases sent to ship without our luggage labels , on checking in nobody on the coach was given health questionaire which delayed check in , then without any advice on which way to go everyone had to find there own way to the ship , to find cases being loaded which then had to come back off so we could put our cabin numbers on, on arrival at our cabin (outside + 427) there was leftovers of the previous occupants left in the fridge , which after complaining about was very quickly cleared up ,from then on the cruise was fantastic Olivia and Mohammed our cabin staff were brilliant keeping it very clean and tidy.

deck space was plentiful and had no problem in finding sunbeds on sea day
