Don't know where to start. We are both 4 star mariners with HAL. I write this as I am still sick with food eaten on cruise and bad air conditioning room giving me a bad cold and to top off that I got the flue.. The food was terrible. Steak was tuff. Almost broke a tooth. The tenderloin was like a piece of cardboard. The lido food is like elementary school buffet. The dining room was no better. We are both seasoned cruise veterans.

the ship itself was very nice however the rest of the adventure was very disappointing.

The Greenhouse spa group took over the whole gym. they were very pushy with their sales gimmicks. Wish they were gone off the ship. Each year they get worst with blocking off most of the gym. so do not expect a good workout without being solicited and pushed around the gym like they own the place.
