MSC Magnifica - 7 nights, France, Hamburg, Belgium, Holland - from Southampton.

The ship itself was an attractive ship - beautiful theatre, lots of bars, swimming area was nice, - Activities were poor, entertainment was at best disorganised and sporadic - the shows of amateur performance in comparison to other cruises.

Service - was adequate however staff (alot) appeared to have an I dont care attitude - and when challenged about things appeared to want to argue - I saw staff members argue between themselves in front of customers, one staff member ridiculing another in front of customers, staff playing chase (which may have been fun for them but not professional). Again, I had never experienced attitudes like this on other cruises, and i have cruised with Royal Caribbean, Carnival, Princess. Cabin attendant was nice, but again did not feel that the same level of attentiveness was achieved whatsoever, with no Daily updates being placed in my room until day 5.
