Just back from this cruise and feel overall very happy with experience.n 2nd HAL cruise, last one 8 years ago and one major difference stood out and that was the hard sell to spend extra on wine and beverage packages and additional dinner events, especially when dining, not really appreciated.

Purchased Thermal suite package on day1 and utilised it well. Was more crowded during 2nd 12 days.

Crew were friendly and pretty soon knew you by name once they had swiped you card at bars etc. A beer not available in all bars was quickly stocked in our fav bar, the Pinnacle bar on request. Read more
