We were so excited for our first family cruise, but there was not much to be excited about once on board.

We had so many issues, I can honestly say we will never cruise Carnival again.

Embarkation was painful. It took us at least three hours to get on board. You'd think that they'd have this process down to a science by now. Schlepping our bottled water and bags and waiting outside, then inside and finally on board was exhausting. One of the port workers complained to me she hated it when customers tried to tell her how to do her job. She was referring to the woman in front of me who simply had asked a question.

Cabin Review

Ocean View

Cabin had ample storage and closet space. Bathroom smelled of urine for entire cruise. Large hole in center of bathroom floor. Girls loved fold down beds and personal reading lights. Beds were comfortable. Opposite end of ship from pool, spa, waterworks, but only two floors directly below buffet. There are no hairdryers in the cabin, must bring your own. Just wish someone would have addressed the plumbing / smell issue. As it existed when we originally arrived in our cabin, it had to have existed on previous cruise and it's frustrating it was not addressed.
