We paid extra for a mid ship minisuite. Do NOT stay on the starboard side. It is excruciatingly hot and every time we complained, they said "well, it is the starboard side". The balcony door was so hot we could barely open it. Also do not stay in any room starting with a 5. ALL the 5 rooms were without toilet service for multiple hours 6 times during this cruise. It was disgusting.

The food at the Bayou Court was terrible and the service was so unprofessional. We ate the rest of the meals in the dining room, where the service was excellent and the food pretty good.

All but one of the excursions we took with Princess were a waste. Go out and get a taxi instead and have them drive you around to where you would like to go. Then you will skip all the souvenir shops and LONG stays at places that needed maybe a half hour. I would never take another Princess excursion. Will probably never go on Princess again for that matter. They addressed NONE of our problems, just shrugged their shoulders and said "oh well" and when it is a toilet issue, that is NOT what you want to hear. Read more
