Been on at least ten cruises all on Royal Caribbean. Norwegian was the Worst cruise I have ever been on. Ship was dirty, rusty needed lots of upkeep inside and out. Service was not what we were used to all the way around from dining room staff , cabin staff, casino staff. Food was mediocre at best. The service in the main dining rooms was terrible. Asking for a glass of ice water and actually recieving it turned into a joke after while. Staff all around were not friendly, could not speak good English or understand English. Multiple times did not receive adequate number of towels, ice in our ice bucket. Did not get cruise papers consistently.

Excursions were okay-- Truilljo was terrible. It was dirty and poor and ridiculous. Our bus was slipping on the mud roads when we were returning from the resort. The resort was nice; food there was minimal and substandard. The tour guide we had for our tour of Truilljo had little to no knowledge and also spoke very broken English. Hard to understand; Was unable to do the complete tour due to disorganization of the tour guide and mismanagement of time. The mud roads on the way back were treacherous-- we were skidding and slipping.

All aroudnd very disappointed in the cruise Not worth the money and will not recommend Norwegian ever. Also on this cruise a lot of older people using scooters. Hallways are very narrow-- waited one day for over 5 minutes for someone to get their scooter in their room-- annoying that I could not even get around this person. Really annoying in particular when I saw the same person walking poolside.
