Boarding at Melbourne was a long long process .Worse we have experienced any where. May have been in poart due to 5 passangers being taken off with food poisoning (the crew never told us about this).However we found the food very good.
Disembarking at Auckland was very easy and quick.
The Dawn we found was over due for up date and most of the ship looked tired including furniture (seats with the bottoms sagging down when you sat on them).
