PARKING/ARRIVAL: We used Park N Cruise www.parkcruise.com/ for parking. They were very professional, very friendly, and did a great job getting us to our ship quickly. Make sure you reserve and pay online. Getting checked in once we arrived at the port went fairly quickly, too. Although there was a long line, it moved along. Liberty had us arrive at 1:30 due to training they had to do, so it may normally be busier, but it took an hour from the time we arrived at Park N Cruise to the time we were on the ship. Our room was ready when we arrived, so we dropped off our carry-ons and went up to the Lido deck for food.

FOOD: I don't expect cruise ship food to be amazing; they are cooking for thousands of people. In comparison to other cruises we've been on, I was a little disappointed, but I know other people really liked it. We enjoyed the made-to-order burritos and tacos and the salsa bar. Other options included Guy Fieri's burgers and fries (great fries!!), made-to-order deli sandwiches, Fish & Chips, and your normal buffet fare. The buffet themes changed daily - Caribbean, Italian, American, French. There's also plenty of sweets, although I have never found cruise ship desserts to be worth the calories. The chocolate buffet on the last day was OK. I do like the soft serve ice cream and yogurt though! Dinner food was OK, not great. They give lots of choices, but there was only one entree that I would have been happy to pay for at a restaurant. My husband enjoyed the many fish options and seemed to have better luck with them. Desserts, again, were generally disappointing. The pies and the orange souffle were good. We would recommend avoiding the buttered popcorn pot de creme and the baked apple. Best place for desserts was afternoon tea - HIGHLY recommended. We enjoy sit down meals so we did the sit down breakfast buffet - but the food was better on the buffet. I was surprised that they don't do sit down lunches - something we enjoyed on Royal Caribbean.

SERVICE: Everyone on the ship was very friendly and helpful. Our room steward was great, as was our dinner stewards.

Cabin Review

Interior

Cabin 4B

This indoor cabin was roomier than some we have been in and we liked the layout. The only time there was noise was for a short time when we first arrived in a port and then when they were loading luggage the last night. Otherwise it was very quiet. Movement was also minimal except the last night when the seas were very choppy - like it was everywhere on the ship. I would definitely stay here again.
