After reading several negative reviews we were pleasantly surprised at the level of cleanliness and quality of food, service and entertainment onboard. Ship is showing its age in places but this did not distract from the fabulous time onboard.
Embarkation at Sydney took nearly 50 minutes, seemed minimal staff assigned to Concierge and suite cabins.
Cabins offer loads of storage space and the little extras with concierge class were much appreciated but somewhere our cabin attendants did not have the same creativity with making animals from the towels like others received.

After 3 nights we were moved to 1027 as a result of cigarette smoke coming in through the ventilation system. Staff followed up and we were quickly given an alternative room.
