Just returned last night. Have done well over 30 cruises, many different cruise lines, including 4 other Thomson ships. Paid for outside cabin and got a 100% lifeboat view, cabin 833. Staff didnt want to know, as per. Tiny weeny cabin too. The food in buffets was never, ever hot, not once and poor choice.

Sunbeds are the worst I have ever seen in my life, honestly, full of grime and when you are relaxing, you will find black marks on yourself, do not worry, it is only the soot and ash from the funnels, Honestly, it is dreadfull. I have always thought the the Thomson show team are the best on any cruise line, but on this ship not the case, one dance routine fitted each and every show and one or two grating voices to say the least.

Overall I feel I have just wasted my money, and I will never ever return to Thomson. They are kidding everybody, are not the cheapest by any means, and all the ships need to be scrapped.
