We have completed several cruises including a previous cruise on the Celebrity Solstice. We sailed from Sydney for an 8 night Pacific cruise. This review will attempt to give an over view of the good, bad and in-between.

Embarkation:

Major renovations to the Sydney International Cruise Terminal caused disruptions resulting in passengers attending the cruise ship terminal at White Bay for embarkation processing and then transported to the Solstice by ferry. While this was beyond the control of Celebrity, it was disappointing that we did not receive notice of this change despite being a member of the Captains Club. Other cruisers received emails and phone calls. Once at White Bay processing was all completed efficiently and we enjoyed the ferry ride across the harbour to board the Solstice.
