My husband and I were told by our travel agent that this would be our creme de la creme cruise. Unfortunately, this was the worst bang for our buck of a life time of cruising. Water @$5.75 a bottle. Bingo cards starting @ $39 up. Men's restroom near diningroom was out of order for 2 days. Ladiesrooms rarely had paper toilet seat covers and never had seat sanitizer dispensers filled. Our 2nd to last morning, we got no breakfast. My husband got no coffee refill, I had to ask 4 times for tea, after 30 minutes of no food, we left since we had a seminar to attend. Sale prices @ the shops were not honored. The posted sign said $19.99, when I got to the register, it was, "oh, that's $29.99." Excursions and seminars consistently began late. The most important part of the cruise, shore excursions were hard to get and not guest appropriate. We were mainly older, wheelchair, walker, cane, breathing and walking impaired guests. We were probably NOT going to zipline, skydiving, diving, jet skiing, or even snorkeling. The moderate and mild excursions were too few and rapidly sold out. Our excursion in Auckland, left 30 minutes late, relurned 30 minutes early, and didn't complete the itenerary.

There were not even daily chocolates on our pillows. Even during our 2 rough days @ sea, there were no comps like a class of wine or a chocolate.

On the positive side, our stateroom was spacious and well attended. The food was delicious, world class gourmet category. But then there were the exorbitant specialty restaurants. Our waiter and his assistant were fabulous. There were many helpful, caring crew members, but the overall organization (or lack there of) left much to be desired.
