This was my second cruise and definitely a trip of a lifetime! I cannot say enough positive things about the crew. They were fantastic and catered to every request. I was very pleased with the delicious variety of food and the prompt service on board. The staff were friendly and very organized with the excursions; and with letting folks know what activities and events were available ashore and on-board. I was also pleased with having laundry services: both one a could pay for and the other, a launderette. Understandably so, the iron was in the launderette room but with two irons on each floor, there was never a line. Given the recent global healthcare scare with Ebola, the boat had hand sanitizer mounts at every turn on on many walls, had us fill out recent health exposure forms and the RN was walking around through the cruise to ensure folks looked and felt fine. Bottled water was everywhere!!!! Love L'Occitane - thank you! WHAT a trip! Will recommend to everyone and hope to be back soon - on another luxury cruise!
