Cabin: Outside Stateroom with Balcony

I am writing this review about our recent cruise onboard the so called flag ship of P&O the ORIANA

We had a deluxe outside window cabin booked cabin C162, we had major problems with the toilet system, it basically did not work for 2 days. So when we was offered an upgrade we decided to take it.

Our new cabin was B168 a Deluxe Balcony cabin, upon first impressions it looked very nice and we was told it would be an extra £200. But due to the issues for almost 2 days with the broken toiltet I negotiated them down to £150.

Outside Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin DA

.The other issue we have was the filthy state of the bathroom and around the cabin. In the bathroom there was filthy black fungal growth on the bath plug, and also on the sink overspill drain and the toilet had a filthy ring of scum round the water line, I have taken pictures to show P&O, in the cabin there was a pile of filthy dust under the fridge and the balcony curtains were filthy all stained with oil and rust marks fromthe dirty patio doors
