We were on this ship in March of 2013 and loved it. This time???????????

We had to stay at the hotel until about 12:30 because they said it was an absolute disaster at the port. When we got there we found out they weren't exaggerating. We stood in line forever, in fact our cabin was ready by the time we got on board. People were everywhere and we found something to eat at the coffee shop.

Our cabin steward Brian was super he did everything we asked and anytime he saw us he ran to open our door for us. Some changes we noticed right away. We were told the coupons we get as a past passenger would be listed on the back of our welcome aboard letter, which we never got. There was no pen in the stateroom and the TV was absolutely horrible. Not worth having. The movies the showed at the theater and big screen were only 2 over and over. Read more
