My wife and I are in our mid twenties and were celebrating our fifth wedding anniversary. We have cruised before with Disney and Royal Caribbean but this was our first with NCL. I have to tell you we were nervous about the cruise at first. We were not sure if we would like the "Freestyle Cruising" I was worried that it would make for poor service because you don't have the same servers every night. We were completely surprised and had great service. There were so many staff members that we would see all through the ship that remembered our names and always asked us if we were having a good cruise. The food options were awesome!!! We had a package that included a night stay at the Crown Plaza, parking, transportation, a bottle of wine, chocolate covered strawberries, 20 photos, and dining in 3 of their specialty restaurants. The steakhouse and french restaurants were awesome!!! The Italian restaurant wasn't that good and I probably wouldn't of wanted to pay extra for it.

Other than the awesome crew on the ship one of the best parts of this cruise was they offer to take a professional photographer ashore with you on your shore excursion for FREE!!!! you just but a photo package, we chose the digital package (no obligation to buy). We had an awesome photographer named Carly who had a bachelors degree in photography go with us to the Mayan ruins in Belize. We have awesome once in a lifetime photos and for a reasonable price. I only wish we knew about this before the cruise because we could have planned better outfits to wear. We met great people on board, the shows were great, the food was good (we didn't really eat in the buffet at all so I don't really know much about that), and we put a deposit down to cruise Norwegian again.

Cabin Review

Balcony

Cabin BD

The room was good for a standard balcony. There was plenty of closet and shelves clothes. There are only two outlets in the room. The balcony is very private. The bed was ok, the pillows were great. There was a nice couch to sit on and the bathroom had sliding doors for the shower so the whole bathroom didn't get soaked.
