Just to set the picture, this was our 12th cruise, 4th with Norwegian but first on the Epic.

To say it was a disappointment would be an understatement. Why spend millions of dollars on a ship and then clad it with dark and dreary uncomfortable noisy venues overseen by a group of inadequate and unprofessional cruise directors staff?
