This was the cruise from hell. We were not informed that there would be over 1600 bikers on the cruise. The previous cruise was late getting in so we had to wait 1-1/2 hours before being allowed to board. The shower was moldy, the glass was cracked and the drain was clogged causing water to overflow into the cabin. The drawers were dirty and a pair of ladies pink panties were left there. The Wine package we pre-ordered online was not documented so we had to reorder the package in the dining room. There was no early or late seating available so we were forced to do My Time dining which had limited seating times available. The phone didn't work and took 3 days to fix it. There was excessive smoking and vulgarity throughout the ship making the entire cruise uncomfortable. The bikers were rowdy and vulgar. In fact some were thrown off the ship. The ship had to return to Port Canaveral because one of the bikers became ill. We lost 4 hours. We had to skip Coco Cay because of the weather so we were at sea for 3 consecutive days.
