My partner and I sailed on the NCL Sun on 11-2-14 out of Tampa for a 6 day Southern Caribbean cruise.

Embarkation at Tampa:

The cruise terminal was not set up, we arrived at 10:A.M or so and when they did set up, there was overall chaos as the majority of the computers did not work and the NCL representatives had no idea where to tell all the passengers to go. We waited in the wrong line because there was no communication among the NCL reps about where to move the Latitude VS. non Latitude passengers to get processed. Seeing this level of confusion and miscommunication at the terminal was not what I expected to experience having been on five prior cruises and never seeing this level of total incompetence. Read more
